This is way too general with no context. It could mean anything ranging to the person is infatuated with your looks or you simply have a piece of food stuck in your teeth when you talk. Generally speaking though, it would sound like the person is analyzing you. That could be for an infinite amount of reasons as mentioned with no context.

In a stereotypical relationship way, it could be a person is thinking you are way out of his league but it’s a nice thought.
